Project Description: The largest Standing Seem metal roof solar system east of the Mississippi!

Our customer was faced with enormous electric costs and a limited roof space of 33,750 square feet. The original recommendation for the standing seam metal roof was an amorphous product that would yield a little over 7% Cell Efficiency. With our partners, we devised a unique solution that utilized over 3,500 S-5 clamps to attach fixed Solar Panels to the roof with no penetrations. The additional efficiency will produce enough power to provide the customer with annual benefits that will cover 60% of his electricity bill.

This project is the second largest of its kind in the US. In addition to the financial benefits, the environmental benefits are substantial. Over the 30-year life of the system, it will reduce CO2 by 14,927 Metric Tons, NOx by 55,440 pounds and SO2 by 76,230 pounds.
