Kevon Office Center II — Pennsauken, NJ
Project Description: Kevon Office Center II is a newly-designed, single story commercial building containing approximately 50,000 square feet of space. The building features a solar paneled roof to provide efficient, green energy to the building and its occupants.
The Kaiserman Company, Inc. and NJ Solar Power, LLC worked as a team to enable a long term, sustainable source of "free" energy to work towards their energy independence. This solution benefits their tenants, the environment, and contributes to the reduction of harmful greenhouse gasses.

NJ Solar Power was chosen to install 185kW solar system to provide over 200,000kWh's of power to their Woodbine facility, NJ Solar Power is also using its own proprietary monitoring solution to ensure that the system is performing to its maximum potential.

Aspen Ice — Randolph, NJ
Project Description: Faced with an enormous electric bill, a limited amount of roof space and a standing seam metal roof, Aspen Ice implemented one of the largest solar projects east of the Mississippi, second to Google HQ Install, by utilizing over 3,500 S-5 clamps to attach solar modules with zero penetrations to the roof.
This system will avoid 6,757 Metric Tons of Co2 (30 yr life), which is equivalent to planting 2,032 Acres of Trees.
